Important Company Announcement

Dear Athlete,

Following the departure of the UK from the EU it has become necessary to separate the triathlon/duathlon part of the business from the corporate and sportive elements based on discussions with the Company’s financial and legal advisers.

Beginning immediately all triathlon and duathlon events can be booked through Triathlon Cycle Transfer Limited (“Triathlon Transfer”). All Sportive events (Etape du Tour, Maratona dles Dolomites and La Marmotte), Corporate events and Ride Across Britain can be booked through Cycle Transfer. Please address all enquiries for the above events to john@cycletransfer.co.uk or phone: 07971791170.

Hopefully 2022 will be a normal season without any cancellations or deferred events due to Covid. We look forward to looking after the transfer of your bike(s) to your chosen event and removing one potential element of stress for you.

How it works

Choose Your Event

Select your event from our events page. Then indicate the number of bikes you would like transferred and proceed to checkout.

We Collect Your Bike

Bikes are usually collected one week before each event and we contact you one month before your event to arrange bike collection and delivery.

Your Bike Is Delivered

Your bike is driven to your event location where the driver will deliver it to you at your accommodation address.

Bike Returns

Your bike will be collected from you at your accommodation or other agreed location and then be driven to the original collection address

How your bike is cared for during transport

We transfer your bike fully assembled and we do not remove wheels, saddles, pedals or interfere with your bike set up in any way.

We place your bike in a heavy-duty polybag for protection during transit. Once on vehicle bikes are covered with protective blankets to further prevent damage.

Additionally, your bike is fully insured (up to £10,000) whilst in our care.
